By using our services you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions, regardless of having read them or not.
Please be aware of the following, to ensure a smooth stay with us:
* Inappropropriate or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of your reservation, and your right to remain onsite. We reserve the right to determine this at any stage, prior, during or after your reservation.
* Strictly no excessive noise past 10pm - if after a warning is issued and noise continues you will be asked to leave the premises.
* Any friends or relatives who are not listed in your reservation, must leave the premises by 10pm - again, failure to comply will affect your reservation.
* Lost or left behind belongings are strcitly retained for a month, and must be collected/arranged to be delilvered (at your cost) within this timeframe. The Moe Motor Inn is not otherwise responsibile for any items left behind during your stay, however we will endeavour to asssit where possible.
* ALL CHARGES, LOSS and/or DAMAGE to The Moe Motor Inn caused by yourself, friends, or persons in your company will be fully charge to cover all costs, which could potentially exceed the $100 security deposit.
* All rooms onsite are NON-SMOKING, and guests will be held liable for any damages, smoke smell and loss of revenue for anything smoked in the rooms, medicinial or otherwise. This includes smoking outside of your room, but with the door open.
If you do smoke, please make use of our outdoor seating areas, or your balcony/patio, with both the screen AND glass door securely closed behind you.
* CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS:
We honor Visa, Mastercard & American Express. A major credit card is required at check in.
Please note that Visa/Mastercard will incur a 1.75% bank processing fee and American Express will incur a 2.95% bank processing fee.
For debit card/cash payments, $100 deposit is required for any incidentals that may occur.
If no incidentals have occured, the deposit will be refunded back to you upon departure, following an inspection of the room. Please be aware that this process can take up to7-10 business days to be finalised, depedent on your bank.
If you have booked through a 3rd Party, such as Booking.com, Expedia etc, all information is provided to you at the time of your booking, however, it may be under fine print. This is beyond unfortunately beyond our control.

Failure to comply with our polcicies or requests to vacate will result in police intervation, with no refunds, and will affect future accommodation.
