Please be aware that for the following types of reservations, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Standard reservation:
If you have booked a standard reservation type, you are entitled to free cancellation, up until 24 hours prior to your reservation. If you cancel within the 24 hour time frame, you are not entitled to a refund.
Non-refundable reservation:
If you have booked a non-refundabled reservation directly with us (not via a 3rd Party), the payment of this reservation type is non-refundabled. If you cannot arrive for your reservation, please contact us, as soon as possible, for assistance.
If you are unsure of your reservation type, please check your reservation details via your confirmation, or alternatively feel free to contact us to be sure.
IF YOU HAVE BOOKED THROUGH A THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE, such as Expedia or Booking.com, their cancellation policy may differ. If you need to adjust your reservation that has been made through a third-party, please contact them directly - alternatively if you do get stuck ,we will do our best to assist from our end.
Please also be aware that we bear no responsibility for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of externally booked reservations.
NO SHOW POLICY:
If you are unable to arrive for your reservation we ask that you let us know as soon as physically possible, however if we are not contacted your reservation will be marked as a no-show and you will be charged the full night's tarrif.
If you have reserved for more than a night, we will contact you - if we are unable to reach you, your reservation may be cancelled.
