
Cash deposits are returned on the day of departure. It is required by our Staff to overlook your room to ensure no personal belongings have been left behind and no incidentals have occurred. Cash deposits can only be returned to the guest named under the reservation unless organised otherwise.
Your security deposit will be refunded back onto your card supplied. This may take up to 5 working days as processing is only done on weekdays.
Your security deposit will show as a "Pending Transaction" this will automatically be reversed by your bank if we have not needed to claim for any incidentals. This may take up to 10 working days and this is processed by your bank.
Please contact us as our system does not recognised what card it is and will automatically take the $100 as a payment. Our system clearly states payments of Cash, Amex, Visa or Mastercard. Unfortunately if you have used a savings card we will require proof of transaction.

* Staff trained in informing guests about security when reserving over the phone
* "By clicking confirm I have read and agree to the term's & Condition's and Cancelation policy", without clicking confirm you are unable to move ahead with any reservation.
* Important Information/Price information on both Expedia & Booking.com detailing a $100 security deposit required at check-in.

* While we do run our number (03) 5127 1166, 24-hours a day, we are human beings who do need sleep. We kindly ask that if you do need to inquire about your deposit, to please wait until after 9am and no later than 10pm, to contact us - unless it is urgent.
